Answer.

Yes.

Question.

Do I pay Annual Fees on any extra Points I purchase ?

  Answer.

A Management Charge is payable to RCI Points annually. This will vary depending upon the resort at which you purchase (see below).

NEXT GENERATION RCI POINTS

This was introduced in June 2004 and vendor resorts had the option of subscribing to the new rules concerning maintenance charges or remaining with the old scale of fees.

Golf Apartments at Richmond Park chose to subscribe to Next Generation Points due to the considerable advantage available to owners. Under Next Generation Points rules vendor resorts are now able to set the annual maintenance fee payable by RCI Points purchasers. Our resort-set maintenance fee for 2009 is only 54 pence/per 100/per annum with future increases limited by the Retail Price Index of the UK.

As an example a member owning, say, 50,000 RCI Pure Points under Next Generation Points, will pay £270 per year in maintenance charges, whereas a 50,000 RCI Point Owner, under the old system, will pay £630 per year. This can only be to the considerable advantage of our clients.

The product remains identical in all other respects.
